Karin12 Hi Karen, smoking was starting to affect my health as well. i set my quit date as this upcoming Friday, th 17th but right now while I'm still smoking and wondering if i can do it. I guess we'll just keep posting and giving each other moral support. I like this website but it doesn't seem a lot of posting goes on. I know I can succeed if I have strong support, hang in there and we can do this together. I'll keep you in my prayers that your health improves and finally kick this terrible habit. Hang in there!
