Tina42 Hi Tina, I was just like you too. I was terrified of what I was doing to my body. I'd lay in bed ready to go to sleep at night and think about all the horrible things that could happen to me and wonder why I don't just quit. Then I just quit. It wasn't easy, but it was simple. Don't take a puff! I know nothing about you obviously, but my assumption is that smoking is the worst thing you are doing to your health right now, so why make quitting last?
