ATRUSTEDSERVANT I def understand pacing in the form of torment- LOL- well put. Longest time quit ever was 2 mos. Started back up due to issues of self loathing. Got to learn to love myself and be kinder to me I think. Most times I feel pretty ok. When I don't, I was taught to litterally "sit on my hands". LOL. Believe it or not, it helps.
