savedbygrace2 I so loved the bear love you sent me! I really appreciate these, so keep 'em coming!! I'm now 212 days quit -- getting closer to the 1st year. All this cold weather and Christmas has brought back nicodemon thoughts, but I'm doing one - one baby step at a time til I get through this new period of the quit. My yoga deep breathing exercises help, but I am have some breathing issues going on -rats! Praying to get through that and lose some stubborn weight! Hope you're staying as warm as you can. It got to 7 degrees Sunday night (wind chill was -7). Last night it only got down to 12 degrees. My baby teen cats held on without a problems!! Keep in touch and keep those sayings coming!
