Edith2 Thanks for the welcome and congratulations to you, also! I feel I am in control of the cravings and they are happening less often. I think of all the great benefits of being an ex-smoker and it really takes the edge off. I feel so much better and now I'm going to address the small weight gain. 🙂 Thanks again!
