It WILL FEEL doable...all of us who have quit felt EXACTLY the same way you do right now at one point or another. You keep going, one step at a time, one minute at a time, when you think that you will never stop thinking about smoking, you ask your Higher Power to PLEASE remove the mental obsession with smoking. I don't care if you have to do it a hundred times a day, that's what makes it DOABLE and it WILL seem DOABLE at some point. Not smoking is BREATHING, it is RECOVERING, it is LIVING LIFE on Life's terms, feeling things as they are supposed to be felt, not under anesthesia, nothing and no one is hopeless.
