Jen25 I am on the eternal everlasting diet (have been for ever) and am definitely a good one for diet advice. I found the detox really good because it was so restrictive. The first week after I quit I wanted to eat ALL the time. But when I just couldn't really have much of anything I was cured. Now after that I still find I have food cravings and cigarette cravings, but six weeks of practice saying no has been really helpful.
