Good Morning my fellow non-smokers. I am so grateful for you guys. The shop & encouragement has gotten me through some pretty tough times in this journey. I am so proud to celebrate that I am 15 days without smoking! I never ever thought I would be able to do it but IM DOING IT!!! And you can too! So keep pushing & don’t fret. Trust the process and don’t beat yourself up to much if you slip. We’ve all been there
