im not here very often, but I wanted to share with everyone who took the major step of using the New Year to quit, that Yes YOU Can Do it.
after 30 years of inhaling those toxic chemicals I took a leap of faith and January 1 2012 I put them down forever. Yes you can do it. Yes the first 3 months are a bitch but the rewards are so much better. So today I start year ten of my quit. Yes You Can
