Hey ex community. It's been 19 days smoke free. Every once in a while, I have cravings but I kick them out quick. Thanks everybody for your advice with this struggle.

Awesome! Keep racking up those days. I just hit 90 days a few days ago and I rarely get cravings anymore.

Glad you checked in.  Congrats on 36 days smoke free.   That's a solid start on your journey.  Have you read about No Mans Land?  Just in case it's something you experience, it helps to be prepared.  Keep moving forward!
