Congrats on day 2. Most of us have tried before and failed. It doesn't have to be that way this time. My best advice is do it for yourself. There's a saying a heard once--wish I could remember it. The idea is that when someone hurts us we take it out on ourselves. We get back at the other person, by showing them--in this case by smoking. We believe in you and we're here to support you.
