Found where to go for posting status. One more new thing learned.  I am attacking this QUIT SMOKING for many reasons besides health the main reason is for the 3 loves of my life. I am a Granny-Nanny and need to be aware how my choice affects them.  I certainly would not like for them have their perception of me as a smelly, short of breathe Grandmother.
