Tennessee-Poet Anyway, I wanted to ask you about Chantix. My son is talking/thinking/wanting (I hope) to quit and he wants to do it with Chantix. He tried to quit cold turkey two or three times in the past two years and is in the mindset that he can't do it without an aid. I think he is hoping that Chantix will kill the desire to smoke, which I have heard a couple of people report. Had you quit before without Chantix? How helpful was it for you? I used patches which helped me, although of coarse the main help is education and support which I firmly believe is key for everyone. I hope all is well with you.
