Welcome to the Ex.  Sorry you slipped, but don't let it get you down.  Most of us have had failed attempts.  Did you educate yourself about nicotine addiction and create a plan?  Being prepared for what to expect and do on this journey makes such a difference.  Tell us more?  Are you doing it cold turkey or using an aid?   The support of this community really made it possible for me.  Reach out BEFORE you smoke.  That's what we're here for.  Barb

Thank you all, the support is always very encouraging! Next time I'll

reach out to you hopefully before I smoke. I am trying patches but

sometimes I forget to put them on and have to go cold, it was working

though, but had some issues with the wife and everything happened fast. It

was only a few puffs I know it's not good but is m back on track!
