Educate yourself about nicotine addiction so you have a better understand about what's happening to you physically and psychologically. It really makes a difference because this is journey. If you haven't developed a quit plan already it really helps to know what you're going to do in advance in different situations. Get right back on track--don't wait it just makes it harder. They're are different ways to quit. Some folks go cold turkey, some use an aid and some do do it slowly. It's what works for you. Reach out BEFORE you smoke. That's what we're here for.
