Dakota_Posse_Quit_2_13_11 Good Morning Cindy....thanks for stopping by yesterday. I'm busy at work and reading reading reading. I'm trying to finish Allen Carr and I just found Never Take Another Puff by Allen Carr. For hours yesterday I had my nose in my copy Dr. Oz's You On A Diet. I read it cover to cover 4 years ago and it got me off my ass, and helped me lose 20 lbs. I'm feeling that "itch" again, you know? lol Anyway....thanks for the "hello" I'm on day 24 and going strong!!!!!
