Closing in on 24 hours. Have been eating nonstop which is weird. The addiction was really talking mid day. Kept battling with the thoughts of saying screw quitting and just smoking. But!!! I didnt!!!
Great job, welcome to EX. I can tell you from personal experience that education about this addiction, support from these amazing people, and my own commitment got me through. It really does get easier! Ellen
