71 DOF it's been Lil rough here lately with urges some weak some strong and sometimes overwhelming but used distractions and music and water at work till I get home and read ex but I've come this far and I'm gonna keep on going day by day.
@Kboyd63 Both of you hang in there. You're doing great. I think we often feel this should be over with by now, but it is a journey and it takes time for us to heal. Big congrats on your continued success. Barb
