Tiffany5 Hi Tiffany, Today is my 1st day. I put on the patch at 10:15 but took the patch off around 12:00. I haven't smoked but am wondering if I should do cold turkey and get rid of all the nicotine or put the patch back on. It's funny I can't think straight already and I think I should pay my boss for keeping me at work today.
