I picked a quit date of 7/19 because I want to track my triggers and how strong the urge is. Also i am getting an ex for wellbutrin and after taking that for about two weeks I will utilize the patches. My problem is that I can't find how to get back to my daily smoking pattern to track this. I am 70 years old and have been smoking since 15. How do I navigate in my personal space?
I joined the YMCA in my town to help in shape. Also to manage stress and for something to do other than smoke. I have an orientation set up for Monday so I can learn how to use the machines and not looks really stupid or hurt myself really bad LOL. Guess I'll have to use a computer site it's just so much easier and convenient to use my phone. Once I learn how to post the pictures I'll be posting look forward to hearing from you Ellen

Yes but one of the other members already showed where that is. Ellen said you might know if I can access being able to upload some examples of my art from my android phone. She told me how to do it from the computer kinda (I just have to get on there). It's just that it's easier and more convenient from my phone. But I also noticed I don't have access to everything (at least I don't think I do)
