Day 3 today, I rushed into my last attempt before this and failed but this time I'm on day 3. A little curveball as my daughter left for the weekend and I feel like my accountability is only up to me cravings and long and many, first two days seemed much easier.
One day at a time my friend. That is how it is done. If needed, take it one minute at a time. The end result is what you want, no matter how you get there. Larry
Congrats on day 3. This is the first step in your journey to becoming an ex-smoker. Take some deep breathes and if you can keep moving--walking is great. Glad you reached out to share and remember "I don't do that anymore". Barb
Accountable only to yourself and then you logged onto Ex and talked! That's a quititude in action. Keep daring to quit! After all you decided for a very good reason to quit. Ex is here for you every day.
