HarborLady So I'm almost 5 hours from 68 days. That's not the big thing though. I was using the patch, I'm on the lowest level, and I have about a week left at the lowest level, and guess what? I forgot to even use one today!!!! I'm barely believing that! I've decided to just quit using them all together now. I only have a week left at that level anyway, and I've already gone more that twenty four hours without even an ounce of nicotine. Though I didn't intend to be completely nicotine free at this point, today was really pretty easy, except for getting a little bit sweaty. LOL So, two more days like this and there will absolutely be no more nicotine at all in my body. To me this is another mile stone. Whooo Hoooo!
