CONGRATULATIONS...you have made it through what we "affectionately" refer to as "Hell Week"...on to "Heck Week." I must tell you that I did not notice a HUGE difference but I CAN promise you that it will get easier the more days you stack. Keep going forward, one day at a time, one STEP at a time, one experience at a time and each time you feel challenged but remain smoke free...you are on the best journey ever! You are learning and growing and becoming the you who you were always meant to be.
