Jeff-M No, I'm not sorry I asked. I am interested because I find that extremely remarkable what you have done. I don't think I would be able to quit all 3 things at one time. I am trying to go to the gym now but I would rather just take the classes, I don't like the treadmill much. I am sorrry to hear about the arthritis too. It sounds really painful. I didn't know that you can get much more out of physical therapy either, that's great to hear.
