daleboston I started off with intentions of using the patch - more than once I fogot to use a new one, I felt fine so I just stopped using them / had some in case I felt I needed them though. I didn't plan this quit for a long time I just decided I think after this last cigarette I have ..I'm gonna stop. 30 days later ??? I guess I really meant it! I have to laugh at myself - because I am just so proud of doing it - I really do feel good!
