Jo-Anne Thank you for being my friend. Everyone I know wants me to quit. I want to quit. Hoping to succeed and this will be my last quit also. You are doing very good. I also can use all the help I can get. I never had support in the past, and that may be why I always went back to smoking. I want this to be my last quit. I'm very tired of stopping and starting. I plan on doing things different this time. My quit day is next week. I enjoy reading about the many members on Ex and what they've gone through and how they have succeeded and how I can be of help to others.
