Abbe2 Wow, thanks Bonnie! I will definitely check out the hypnosis videos today. This morning I had three cigs left in a pack and I had the decision to make if I should just have one more or destroy them as planned. I doused them with water and threw them right out. I'm going to respect my decision to not smoke today!
