Still here and not smoking, 
​its the first Saturday in years I haven't smelt like a ashtray! Reading up as much as I can tonight to keep my journey going.

Good for you.....hoping you experience many,many more Saturdays like this one. You have made one of the best decisions of you life in quitting. The readings were always helpful to me....even if only to keep my mind off smoking! My personal favorite was whyquit.com. The articles seemed to cover everything I was going through. Stay Strong.

First Saturday in years can become the first Sunday in years.  And then the first Monday and then... just cling to your smoke -free days with all your might.  And you will turn around at one point and say "Wow!  Never thought I'd get here..."  Chin up!  Onward!
