susan-lily Hi Susan, I've used Chantix for approx 6 weeks now and I've had little to no side effects. The dreams are pretty vivid though as Cindy pointed out. Just yesterday I was Obama's Secret Servant and pregnant lover. LOL. I still get cravings and triggers you really have to identify your need to smoke "craving" from your wanting to smoke...there is a difference...Chantix will take the edge off the cravings but it doesn't help with the "want to" part. I have been quit for 1 Month, 1 Week, 2 Days, 23 hours, 30 minutes and 12 seconds (39 days). Good Luck on your QUIT! Kim
