I'm new here and vegan. Found it solved my blood sugar troubles and all my blood tests are great now, says my Doctor.
I also discovered that eating fewer animal products helps ecologically as well.

have you tried Cashew Creme with or without a little nutritional yeast? If the cashews are really fresh (Whole Foods vs Trader Joe’s) and the recipes online or from successful friends are followed carefully, or you make up a good recipe of your own, the resultant cream can be doctored to sour, sweet, savory, thick or thin. I made great roasted red pepper dip, onion dip, olive dip and garlic-dill dip for my friend’s teenaged kids, and none of them could accept that these were actually nut-based. I’ve also made vegan lasagna with cashews.
