Chocolate Chip Cookies still warm from the oven or the cookie dough is the best

My youngest sister (may she rest in peace) always made the oatmeal lacy / lace cookies during he Christmas Holidays and they were always the first to go

I bought the ingredients this morning. I'm going to attempt to make them an then assemble white chocolate sandwich cookies.

I have that recipe Dale JonesCarpeDiem‌... it was a favorite of my sons! Makes me want to mix up some dough..perhaps tomorrow
