This is something that always take me back to being a kid in New Orleans everyone does it their way but the way I do the expensive one made of every seafood you can get and put it in one big pot but the one that not that expensive all you need is chicken and sausage my comfort food if anyone is curious how I do it post me it will feed family of 4 for two days

@Ebell1911 I actually had the real thing once.  Some one sent it as a gift from Goldbelly  prepared by a restaurant in New Orleans.

Oven you have the real thing you want to experience it again again I hope you get a change to experience it in different locations everyone does it differently
