Quit chewing April 21st 2023. was a struggle and at certain times challenging. Not so much the nicotine but the habit. example: after I eat. but I chew gum and it takes my mind off of it. I want to feel better and I do.
Outstanding!! I smoked cigs, but it is all nicotine. I'm glad the gum helped you get through it. Getting out from under a nicotine addiction takes some work, and I'm glad you are feeling better. So happy for you.
