Arrow that used to be at bottom of screen

@CommunityAdmin There used to be a little arrow at the bottom of my phone screen that would take me to the top of a blog. It has disappeared and I am wondering why. It was a nice feature and I really liked it.

I still see it in the lower left corner of the screen.

@Snowdoggie glad it reappeared.  If you're at the top of the page it will not show until you scroll down the page a little ways.
