NSFW... not safe for work, email, videos or other internet content that may be questionable and inappropriate to open at work or public viewing. . Example could be pornographic videos, maybe.

but I was just taking abut what my doctor said  and I guess me talking about  what im not allowed to do anymore to myself  but thank you I guess I wont go into detail about my medical problems anymore im sorryguys
