Just coffee for me this morning, thank you, and another chair I can lift my legs on it; those darn cramps just won't let go.  Maybe I'll drop a muscle relaxant in my coffee, do you think I can, if I still have the valid script at the pharmacy and I don't abuse it??? And can we please talk about something else than "oh, when we used to smoke..."
