Slow/slow - but better. I finally got upstairs to my own bed last night (I

have a flight, a landing and another 1/2 flight of stairs to get there -

so wanted to be sure I was safe to do it). That and the window cracked for

fresh air was HEAVEN! I finally went to an ortho at the beginning of this

past week, and got a brace for it (and he confirmed it isn't broken). I am

down to only needing one crutch - and none for small jaunts - so at least I

can carry things now.

I don't use caffeine any more yet it's been wonderful listening to all of you sharing comments   I thank God for all of my recovering from nicotine family and your miracles of talking together and NOT ONE PUFF EVER in Jesus name amen
