I don't suppose you have  whirlpool there that I could just get into up to my neck?  I am icing and alternating heat to my back but nothing is helping...I don't think coffee is a good idea but I would love some peppermint tea.

YoungAtHeart‌ maybe once the pain subsides a bit...right now, any movement under water or on land is worse than I can describe. I am having a rough time keeping from vomiting and crying...my cats look concerned which is not good.  My kids have all sent text messages to me asking what they can do...I have no answers right now.  I am laying perfectly still except for typing.

I am sorry Ellen, our pool is not heated, but if the direct sun can help, we have plenty of that!
