Company is stirring around here, so I've got to take off for now. My guest is really taking advantage of a few days off before her conference starts in Atlanta. Normally she's up at 4:00 to catch the train to work - today it's almost 9:00 and she's just getting up. Must be all that salt air we've been hanging in.
Tom, my husband, is showing off in the kitchen again - turkey kielbasa with potatoes and peppers. We brown the turkey sausage first with a little bit of water in a non-stick pan. This is almost fat free. It's so delicious and satisfying. House favorite!
