Hello Harry, I will gladly take your hand and make a pledge not to grab any smokes and have at it. I am holding out my other smoke free hand to the next in line.

I had to come and put in my pledge tonight for extra maintenance on my quit I am really frustrated to high hell and those memories of old nic are knocking at my door right now at 3:00am screaming let me in and I told the nicodemon to shove off and came here instead of getting smokes. So my hand is out the next in line that would like to take it and make a pledge to stay smoke free. I hope all of you have a wonderful day today.
