Fantastic. A month is so huge because it means, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you can get this thing done, once and for all. You now enter a new phase, the beginning of the transition from quitting to ex-smoker. That's a wonderful ride. Some ups, a few downs, but a remarkable transition.

My only advice: start metaphorically tatooing "Never Take Another Puff" on your forehead, your behind, or wherever you are most likely to see it every day!
