It's hard, I'm into the throws of day two, but I can do it. It's high time I respect my body. So I pledge that today, May 24, complete with its daily stressors, that I choose NOT TO SMOKE.

I offer you my hand of support and I will be right there with you today. i also pledge not to smoke or to make an excuse to smoke.

I am so glad to see you posting your pledge. This weekend we are having one big pledge party and we also have a daily pledge during the week. I encourage to jump into the 1st pledge of the day so you can be included with the whole group.

You will find we don't bite ....at least not in here and that stronger bonds are formed by our daily goal together.
