Welcome JR. I agree with JoAnne. Sounds like you have a plan going. Slow and steady wins the race. You can do this and we are here to help. Keep us posted on your progress. It takes 72 hours for the toxins to leave your system. Then its all habit and addiction after that. You have officially started into Hell Week. Some people fly right through it like nothing. Others struggle a bit more. Either way, we're here to help.
Day 1 sucks. But just remember your stronger than a cardboard box and 20 little sticks of death. I'm on day 2 1/2 and it will get better. Good luck and keep at it.
