1 year today!!! I am actually in awe… I smoked for nearly 30 years and have made it, 1 year, no cigarettes or nicotine whatsoever. It’s a true miracle and if i can do it, so can you all who happens to read this. This group helped me tremendously in the beginning, when the waters were the roughest. Thank you. It gets easier and today I have a choice. I do not have to pick up a cigarette to cope anymore.

Thanks Mark,

Wow 4 years, yes still have my quit on and doing fine.  Secret as you know is never to touch the stuff again. Pretty simple really, and also to remember how nice it is to be free.

wishing the best to you and the community,

Miglets
