@CommunityAdmin What I mean is I look at a "nicotine craving" as a pop up ad on a computer. Cravings/urges to smoke are constant so are ads on a computer..................so I just dismiss it (the nicotine craving/urge to smoke).

@joannocera2000 Got it.  Thanks for clarifying that. I was worried you were seeing something unexpected. I like the analogy you are liking it to. Craving is like a pop-up ad. You just click the X to dismiss it and go about your day.

Since my hands are now free, I am keeping as busy as possible. I created a mnemonic for the word "STRESS". It is a trigger for many aspects of life such as the current one "SMOKING CESSATION". Please choose which one sounds better:  1) Spending Time to Rest + Exercise Solves Stress OR:

2) Spend Time Recollecting + Expressing Shared Strengths OR: 3) Spring To a Relaxing + Enjoyable Significant Situation.
