Joan's commit to quit marathon.  May 30 2022
I made it ! 30 days no smoking!! Since quiting, my lungs feel clear + breathing is much better. What helped me is not acting on the triggers. The temptation to light up is going down every day.
Cinnamon sticks, the patch, cough drops, smoke free texts, exercising every day has helped me. Cravings are the #1 reasons people continue to smoke. So I don't act on the urge to smoke. Quit for Today is what I say!!
Thanks for reading!!

Look at me on top with my 8 years ! Woo hoo  ! Eight years ago I never thought I could get here, but I came to this site read and made friendships , took advice from the people here, and most important I made a choice that I would not smoke ever again . And now its been 8 years . Anyone can be an ex smoker if you really want it . And honestly who wants to stink
