Kudos to everyone!!!! I can't believe it has been 3000 days! It hasn't been easy but so worth it. I was breathing so much better, then got covid. Ugh. As the days progressed into months, then years, I wanted to smoke less and less. I just realized tonight that I haven't thought about wanted to smoke for a while now. Yay!!! It has been a bit over 8 years and 3 months for me. It was the best decision of my life! As they say, if I can do it, you can too. It did take a few tries, (no willpower) but I finally put them down for the last time in November, 2013 and am so glad I did!!

I am so proud of all of us that quit!!!! Congratulations everybody!!!
