I had a slip so I am still sticking with the 14th. I am going to take today to prepare myself mentally and remove things like ash trays and the smell of smoke out of some of my clothes. Today is the day to put my focus on what is important to achieve my goal of not smoking.

@ShannonFlores33 Sorry to hear that.   If you need some time to prepare for you quit, it's better to take it now, rather than later.

Remember to reach out for help before you smoke, not after.   It really works--this site save my quit several times.
