3 weeks plus 3 days.... feeling good. Probably consumed 10 bags of sunflower seeds, was a closet smoker, have since told my girlfriend, she was upset but has been really supportive in quitting (she obviously did not smoke).

Well, I decided to celibrate my original quit date as that is when my journey began and well....20 days ROCKS!!!!!!!

Sarena, your gun jumping has got me excited too. 4 weeks for me TODAY. One full month on Friday the 27th. No relapses. Lots of delicious sunflower seeds. I just tried the BBQ flavor. Yuck. Original David Seeds for me.
