Today is Tuesday Oct 13th I am in the middle of some of the most horrible things in my life that I could never have imagined but in the middle of it all, I MUST quit smoking, I have to do it by seconds, and minutes, and hours, not just one day at a time. Even now I want one so bad. But I won't.
